GPAQweb is free for the GP
community. I am a full time GP principal and I was developing a
survey for my own practice anyway. I realised that modifying the
survey would allow any GP practice to use it. I have deliberately made
it as easy to use as possible. I only require your email address. I will
not release this to any third party. |
